⚠ Disclaimer: This report was fully implemented using an AI agent. As a result of the project, a report was delivered as a web application with static data. The following conclusions were drawn:
- An AI agent can be used to connect to data sources (with a dedicated account provisioned for it).
- Data extraction from the source into the target database is performed by the AI agent with virtually no errors and high quality. The AI agent also handles data format transformation from the source (Excel) into row-level data in the target database very well.
- Unfortunately, in the areas of data modeling and report preparation as a web application, the AI agent underperformed — frequent errors, the need for ongoing oversight and review, and high sensitivity to data changes and quality.
Conclusion: An AI agent can be effectively used for data extraction, daily refresh and processing from sources, as well as for analysis of published reports.
